Delete Your Gasta Account

To request the deletion of your Gasta account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request”
In the email, include the following details:

  • Your Gasta account username

  • The email address associated with your account

2. Verification

After receiving your request, our team will send a confirmation email to the registered email address.
Please reply to that email to verify and authorize the deletion.

Processing

Once confirmed, we will process your deletion request within 7 business days.

Data Deletion

Deleted Data: All personal information, booking history data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
